Jun 2, 08:29 PM: Season Opener a Success!

WRCC athletes had a successful weekend at the Season Opener Regatta. 24 athletes had a jam-packed weekend of races at the regatta which was held at Pike Lake on May 31st and June 1st.

It was a great way to start the season. Athletes had great results at the race course, a lot of fun on the water slides and brought home a bunch of medals.

Thanks to WRCC coaches Stephanie Robertson, Chantry Edwards, Neal Fense and Lliam Folk for the support they gave all the athletes; the Laplante Family who drove the boats; to Jan Hanson who was the team manager for the trip and to all those staff members and parents who came to support the team.
